Team Lead - Senior Web Developer

Job Description

FreeDOM Development is looking for a Team Lead with experience of Senior Web Developer responsible for developing projects for our clients within our service. Your primary focus will be to architect and develop a single page mobile and desktop web applications(SPA) using Angular. The creative design will be delivered to you with Mockups or Sketches, and based on it you will generate architecture, components, modules, scripts, animations, and final output. A thorough understanding of all of the components of our platform and infrastructure is required.

Responsibilities

• Architect and describe in details solutions you offer.
• Setting clear team goals
• Monitor team performance and report on metrics
• Taking ownership of technical issues and driving to a successful resolution with high customer satisfaction.
• Partner with the project manager, business analyst, and other leaders to design application and integration
• Performs and oversees application development and supports coding efforts, including the review of the code
• Delivering a complete front-end single page application
• Ensuring high performance on mobile and desktop
• Writing tested, idiomatic, and documented JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Coordinating the workflow between the graphic designer, the HTML coder, scrum master, project manager and yourself
• Cooperating with the back-end developer in the process of building the RESTful API
• Communicating with external web services
• Creating modules and components and coupling them together into a functional app
• Provide on-call and after-hours support as needed

• Team Leadership Experience
• 5+ years  experience with JavaScript
• 4+ years  experience with TypeScript
• 4+ years’ experience with Angular2+
• Extensive Experience with Angular 5+
• Knowledge of CSS precompilers like Sass and LESS
• JS-based building tools like Grunt, Gulp, and Bower
• Package managers like NPM and YARN
• Skills in one or more chosen frameworks/libraries like jQuery or Bootstrap
• Deep knowledge of Angular best practices and commonly used modules based on the extensive work experience
• Creating self-contained, reusable and testable modules and components
• Ensuring a clear dependency chain, in regard to the app logic as well as the file system
• Ability to provide SEO solutions for single page apps
• Ability to provide Security for single page apps
• Extensive knowledge of CSS and JS methods for providing applicable visual effects
• Creating custom, general use modules, and components which extend the elements and modules of core AngularJS
• Experience with all levels of operations available to the front-end, such as creating from XHRs
• Creating configuration, building and testing scripts for Continuous Integration environments
• Experience working within agile methodologies.
